Returns & Shipping


Non-yarn returns must be made within 21 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, in the original packaging, and resalable.

The following items are not eligible for return: Patterns, Magazines, Books, Sale Items.

Yarn in its original condition (excluding sale yarn) may be returned within 90 days of purchase. Original condition means unwound (yarn that’s been wound may not be returned) and free of odors, dirt, pet hair, etc. The yarn must be usable and resalable; ball band and other original labeling is required.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original form of payment, within ten (10) business days.


If you haven’t received a refund within 15 business days, please contact us using our Contact Us Form.


Regrettably, mistakes happen. If we make a mistake in fulfilling your order and send you a wrong item, please contact us right away by calling us toll free at (800) 231-0154. We will gladly make arrangements for you to return the erroneous item to us, and we will send you the correct item at no additional cost.


Unfortunately, items may sometimes be damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us right away by calling us toll free at (800) 231-0154. We will gladly make arrangements for you to return the damaged item to us, and we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.


Our products are shipped domestically within 2-3 business days using United States Postal Service (USPS). International orders are shipped via DHL Express, and will arrive based upon DHL standard fulfillment to the specific country. All expenses related to international orders (e.g. additional taxes, duty charges, and customs fees) are the responsibility of the purchasing party. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return a product and receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. You are also responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, unless the item was sent in error (see Fulfillment Errors above) or damaged (see Damaged Items above). In those cases, please call us toll free at (800) 231-0154 to discuss shipping arrangements.

If you are shipping an item valued at more than $50.00, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we will not be responsible for missing packages.
